These heavy-duty systems are custom made up to 8 metres in length and are ideal for commercial or industrial buildings. External brackets, designed and supplied by Steelformers, can be powder-coated to match your project’s finish.

Steelform 175 Box Gutter is available with external brackets that are compatible with the selected substrate (to avoid dissimilar material contact). The brackets are formed in our New Plymouth factory from 4.5mm aluminium or galvalume flat bar (and powder coated to match if necessary). The brackets should be fixed as per the NZMRM Code of Practice recommendations.

 

Steelform 300 Box Gutter is available with external brackets that are compatible with the selected substrate (to avoid dissimilar material contact). The brackets are formed in our New Plymouth factory from 605 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm Duragalv flat bar (and powder powdercoated to match if required). The brackets should be fixed as per the NZMRM Code of Practice recommendations.

Downpipes

Available in PVC and Colorsteel®, our downpipes come in standard diameters of 60 mm, 85 mm, and 100 mm, with custom lengths available on request (minimum 3.2 m order). Please note lead times may apply, as these are sourced from specialist suppliers.

 

Rainheads

A crucial component for internal gutter systems, Steelformers Rainheads are custom fabricated to your specifications. Choose from premium finishes such as Zincalume®, Colorsteel® Maxx®, Mill Finish Aluminium, or Copper (price on application). Simply send your local branch a drawing with details, and our team will bring your design to life.
