It is important to select the correct fastener for each job. This can be done in consultation with Taranaki Steelformers and their fastener suppliers. The MRM Code of Practice also provides some information on selection, fixing methods and placement of fasteners. Ensure the fasteners durability is at least equal to the durability of the roofing material.
